• their own listings.
• their solicitation of offers to purchase.
• the sale of their items.

Sellers are also responsible for paying all fees associated with using XS-Machinery’s service and Web site, and all applicable taxes associated with the use of XS-Machinery’s service and Web site.

Why does XS-Machinery have this policy?

XS-Machinery has this policy in order to help sellers understand that there may be legal implications, fees, and tax obligations associated with their use of XS-Machinery’s service and Web site. This policy also helps to inform Sellers that it is their responsibility to understand and comply with relevant laws and regulations, and that the Seller must pay relevant fees and taxes.
